Facebook Rights Manager has resulted in a lot of time wasted arguing about promo videos being exempt from copyright, quite despite the actual claims focusing on revenue, not rights...

Last.fm is independent once again

Last.fm have announced their independence from CBS today! Hopefully this will allow a complete return to form without the ongoing constraints of corporate ownership…

Normality Resumes

Mediafeeder has no issues with adverts, if they are relevent to the content being viewed, the audience viewing and they are designed in a way where they are not an annoyance. Unfortunately, most ads these days are random nuisances.
